Shipping and Returns
Shipping (UK)
Customers select a delivery option at checkout:
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): £2.99
- Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class): £4.4
- Free Standard Delivery (Orders £35+)
- Free Standard Delivery (Orders £35+) appears at checkout when the basket total is £35 or more.
- Customers must select the free option at checkout for it to apply.
- If the order does not qualify, Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): £2.99 is selected automatically.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
- We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
- Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Royal Mail 2nd Class: typically 2–4 working days
- Royal Mail 1st Class: typically 1–2 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

- Once your order is dispatched, use your order number (and the details requested on the page) to check the latest delivery status.
- If you need help accessing tracking details, email with your order number.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos of:
- the outer packaging,
- the shipping label, and
- the items received.

Returns & Refunds
For hygiene and customer safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used patches.
Returns are only accepted where items are unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging, unless the item is faulty.
If your items are eligible, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- unused and unopened,
- in original sealed packaging, and
- in a resalable condition.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the item and packaging.
If we confirm a fault or our error, we will offer an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights (replacement, refund, or another solution). Where a return is required, we will cover reasonable return/shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Once we receive and inspect a returned item (where applicable), refunds are normally processed within 5–10 working days. Bank processing times may vary.
Email orders@stanluc.com and include:
- your order number,
- the item(s) you want to return,
- the reason for the return, and
- photos (if faulty/damaged/incorrect).
We will reply with the next steps and return details.
