This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we dispatch and deliver orders placed on www.stanluc.com.

1) Dispatch times

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are usually dispatched on the next working day.
• During busy periods (sales, launches, holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will update you by email.

2) Delivery services (UK)

We deliver within the UK using Royal Mail services selected at checkout:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class (Standard Delivery)
• Royal Mail 1st Class (Express Delivery)

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and can vary depending on location and network demand.

3) Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

• Free UK delivery on orders over £35.
• Orders under £35 are charged at the standard delivery rate shown at checkout.

4) Order confirmation and tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Tracking may not be available for all Royal Mail services. If tracking is available for your service, the tracking details will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

5) Delivery address responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may need to charge a redelivery fee.

6) Delays and missed deliveries

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or by events beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather or service disruptions).

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact us at contact@stanluc.com and we will help.

7) Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• your order number, and
• photos of the packaging and the item(s).

We will review and offer an appropriate solution in line with your consumer rights.

8) International delivery

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
If we do offer international delivery in the future, costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout, and local customs/import charges may apply.
