Returns & Refunds

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to orders placed on www.stanluc.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1) Your rights (UK customers)
If you buy online, you usually have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (“change of mind”).
This is known as the right to cancel under UK consumer law.
Important: This right can be limited for certain goods (see section 3).
2) Change of mind returns (if eligible)
If your return is eligible, you must:
- contact us within 14 days of receiving your order; and
- return the items within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
Returned items must be:
- unused and unopened;
- in original packaging (where applicable); and
- in a resalable condition.
Refunds
If eligible, we will refund:
- the product price; and
- standard outbound delivery cost (if charged).
We do not refund upgraded delivery costs (e.g., 1st Class upgrade).
Return postage
Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns unless we state otherwise.
3) Hygiene and sealed goods (patch products)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used patch products.
If patches are supplied sealed and that seal is broken after delivery, the right to cancel may not apply.
If you are unsure, contact us before opening the packaging.
4) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with:
- your order number; and
- clear photos of the item and packaging.
Where appropriate, we will offer a:
- replacement,
- refund, or
- other remedy in line with your statutory rights.
You will not be charged for return postage for faulty/damaged/incorrect items requiring a return.
5) How to request a return

Include:
- order number
- item(s) you want to return
- reason for return
- photos (if faulty/damaged)
We will reply with the next steps and the return address.
6) Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Banks/payment providers may take 3–10 working days to show the refund.
7) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, return the item and place a new order.
8) Free delivery threshold
If you received free delivery by meeting the minimum order value and you return items that bring the order below the threshold, we may deduct the standard delivery cost from your refund (where permitted).
